Ans: Infinitive 'to' উহ‍্য থাকাটাই Bare Infinitive.

Bare Infinitive এর use নিয়ে লেখা...

1. bid, feel, hear, know, let, love, make, notice, observe, please, see, understand, watch ইত্যাদি verb গুলো যখন Active voice থাকে তখন bare infinitive ব‍্যবহৃত হয় অর্থাৎ infinitive এর to উহ‍্য থাকে।

Example -

Incorrect : Please to do the work.

Correct : Please do the work.

Incorrect : I heard him to say this.

Correct : I heard him say this.

N.B. কিন্তু উল্লেখিত Verb গুলোর Passive form এ to বসবে।

Example - 

Active : I saw him go there.

Passive : He was seen to go there.

2. দুটি Infinite যখন and, or, as well as দ্বারা যুক্ত হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে পরবর্তী infinitive 'to' উহ‍্য থাকে।

Example -

Incorrect : I have to prepare my lesson as well as to look after my ailing mother.

Correct : I have to prepare my lesson as wellas look after my ailing mother.

3. Better, had better, had rather, had sooner, rather than, rather, sooner, than, would rather, would sooner এর পর bare infinitive ব‍্যবহৃত হয়।

Example -

Incorrect : I would rather to die than beg.

Correct : I would rather die than beg.

4. Anything, Nothing but এবং Nothing except এর পরে bare infinitive ব‍্যবহৃত হয়।

Incorrect : I can do anything but to tell a lie.

Correct : I can do anything but tell a lie.
